Had this on tap at the Buddha. Pours like mango juice. No head to speak of. Initial aroma is all fresh mangos, but at the back end you get a nice Tabasco smell. Tastes starts and finishes like mango juice, but there is a nice but subtle Tabasco burn that finishes along with the mango. Truly a unique and delicious experience.

On draft for their special Thursday release thang. Smell is pretty inviting. Has hints of mango, chili pepper and citrus. Actually to sum it up it smells kinnda like pepper jack cheese, which actually makes me a bit hungry. The spice of the flavor has a nice kick to it, but nothing over the top. A delicious experimental beer to say the least.

I had this on-tap at the brewpub. Poured into a Palm snifter.

Appearance: Pours a cloudy orange yellow color with hardly any head at all.

Smell: Quite spicy from the peppers. Sweet fruity notes in the background. Smells like it would be great on a chip.

Taste: A lot like the smell. The heat and burn stays with you. The mango sweetness is a nice contrast. Also picking up some wheat malt. The finish is sweet and hot.

Mouthfeel: Medium body with very little carbonation and a dry finish.

Overall: I liked the balance between the sweet and the heat. I really like hot peppers, so I liked this beer. I don't think I'd have more than one in a sitting.
