On tap at the brewery. Served in a snifter.
Appearance - Bright pale red. Light pink head that doesn't last.
Smell - Raspberry, but it isn't strong or distinctive. Grainy. Herbal aroma.
Taste - Sour raspberry flavor. Very grainy. Grain takes over the midrange flavor. StandardBuddha berliner flavors come back with that lemony TheraFlu taste.
Mouthfeel - Sour but not overly. Medium carbonation. Light.
Overall - Never loved these berliners, but this is pretty good.

On tap at Churchkey. Served in a mini snifter. Pours a bright pink color with a thin white head that recedes quite quickly. The nose carries a light bit of cheese, especially as it warms. Behind that is a strong scent of fresh raspberries. Bright and acidic as opposed to musty and earthy. Flavor has an underlying tartness to be paired with the strong raspberry presence. Moderate acidity. Light body. Very good and thirst quenching. Quite nice other than the cheesiness in the nose.
