This fest beer produces about a white, two finger thick head. The lacing sticks around for a while. The body is dark amber in color.

It smells a bit leathery. Other than that, there's not much more.

This tastes a little hoppier than I expected. There is almost a wild cherry like flavor. This is a little different.

I was surprised at the cherry like characteristics to this beer. This is very smooth and well balanced, and makes for a great session beer.

A - Pours a dark Amber colour with a White two fingered head that retains for a while.

S - Not a lot on offer here.

T - Small amounts of hops, with a little steweed fruits.

M - Light to medium body and medium carbonation. Quite smooth.

O - Would make an OK session beer and does has an interesting flavour.

Obtained this on recommendation of Purvis in Victoria.
Didnt know what to expect at all from the style
It was dark tan to brown in coloyr, close to transparent , with a very fine light grey in coloyr head There was active bubbles that were quite small
Smell was sweet honey/biscuity
The taste was prominently banana skins , but in a nice way .The taste of banana was throughout the palate , it overlaid the initial biscuity malts and continued through the very low key hoppiness.
Overall it was a bit tart in the mouth to be really enjoyable , with the finish being blunt and dull.
Sort of leaves the taste buds deadened rather than excited.
It is an " interesting" beer, but certainly not a session beer for me.
It screams to me that it should accompany food but at this point I am not too sure what ffood.
Try it though
