Poured on-tap at The Tap, the beer was served in a nonic pint. The beer is a light, caramel coloring with a filmy, clingy surface coat of head. Nose of subtle caramel notes and floral hops, with very light, toasty notes. Flavors are roast and caramel sweet forward, with a slight bitter and cedar undertone. This beer has a malt lean to it, with a rich, slightly bitter aftertaste. Clean, smooth finish, with hints of dryness creeping in. Very drinkable brew.

12oz bottle thanks to Chazari99 for giving me this. Poured into Founders snifter. No bottle date.
A- Pours a slightly yellowish golden brown with a thin layer of white head that quickly recedes. Below average carbonation.
S- Honey, caramel malts, a tiny bit of pale malts, some citrus hops, but not much.
T- Mostly caramel malts, some very light citrus hops, finishes with a very caramel malt finish that lingers as an aftertaste. Nothing special going on here unless you love caramel malts.
M- Medium bodied, average carbonation, fairly easy to drink.
O- Nothing too impressive with this APA, if that's what it's considered. Not much going on except lots of caramel malts, which doesn't provide for a bad taste just not the taste I'm looking for at all. I wouldn't recommend trying this unless you are a huge caramel malts fan and that is what you are expecting.
