This historic sour German wheat beer is spiced with salt and coriander. It has a refreshing, tart and lactic character, with a crisp and slightly dry finish. We hope you enjoy drinking this unique style as much as we enjoyed brewing it.

Huge amounts of foam. Hazy light yellow straw color. Smells funky with slight bardyard. Citrus bite as well. Tastes very tart and lemon juice hints. Slight saltiness...as a Gose should be. Slight bread and yeast. Not much on flavor. Feel is really thin. Overall a good drinking beer.

The color of cloudy lemondrop, big head that quickly disappears, no lacing to speak of. Salty and citrus smell, lemony taste, light mouthfeel, overall pretty tasty on its own. I'm totally unfamiliar with this style so don't know how it compares.

Some haze in the pale yellow brew with plenty of white foam in the chalice. Really, really watery, which is actually a good thing since it's not so vinegary. Not much aroma. There is a touch of pear flavor before it disappears in the acidity.
This is actually fairly drinkable and a good example of a very light sour. Salty aftertaste and that nasty acidic feel on the teeth, which is apparently part of adventure. From the 12 oz can purchased at Grapevine Liquors in the Colorado 12-pack.

Cloudy, pale yellow body; thick, fizzy head rapidly disappears; looks a lot like grapefruit juice. Musty, earthy aroma; slight citrus smell. Wheat-like and tangy taste; lime. Medium-heavy body; tart and citric; some grainy smoothness.
The taste and mouthfeel are crisp and refreshing and should appeal to fans of sour beers.

Oddly luminescent lightly tan to yellow in color with a heavy sedimentary presence. There's no head on top. The nose is heavy with sea salt. The taste, while heavily salted, is pretty good. I think the wheat and oats give it a very smooth and refreshing quaffability not found with many other goses and the sensation from the salt is quite refreshing.
