500ml bottle from Allanwater Brewhouse, Stirling (£2.85):
Clear, light gold with a thin, foamy white lacing round that top.
Sweet with some light butterscotch and a fresh, grassy hop aroma that is quite clean. There are a few light and sweet malts & light citrus notes.
Sweet hops and malts with a helping of grassy hops and a hint of citrus and a tiny bit of orange peel too. There is some vanilla or butterscotch in there too.
Clean and crisp beer with a light citrus tang, some sweetness and almost no bitterness in the finish at all.
A beer that took me slightly by surprise, I wasn't expecting it to be so fresh and easy to drink. Clean and lively taste and goes down well with almost no negatives.
