Won this last night at a cristmas party grab bag. The Pats are playin NYJ so figured I'd give it a go. Poured into a 22oz oz mug and is pretty hazy with a one finger pillow like head. Smells of floral like hops maybe a hint of the malts in the background. Definite hop forward tast with a sharp bite that lingers. What you should expect from an Ipa in terms of bitterness. Nothing stands out with this beer but nothing really wrong with it either. It stikes me as more of an english style IPA than an American hanging with Long trail or Harpoon IPA. Good cheaper option that would go great pregaming for the big game. Well the boys are drivin after a pick trying to take homefield for the playoffs..Kippis!

Pours a four finger cream head that fades very slowly leaving an excellent lace. Hazy amber color. Medium carbonation and medium bodied. Floral hoppy nose. Flavor is piney hops, malts are hidden. One redeeming quality of this beer is that they donate a dollar to breast cancer awareness. $3.49 for a 22oz bottle from Chase Street Market & Deli Plymouth, NH.

From the special Breast Cancer Awareness bottle with proceeds to benefit Susan G. Koman for the cure. Sampled on December 26, 2013.
It is a medium amber-orange pour with a touch of olive reflecting in the glass as well. Modest off-white head that lingers momentarily.
Caramel and biscuit malts are first to be picked up on the nose but it does not take long for the earthy and slightly floral hops to kick in the balance everything off nicely. But It is all very subtle.
The body is light to medium.
The taste is like the nose with a quick caramel malt character at first then evolving into a moderately bitter, lingering hop finish. But it is not overly hopped.
