A hazy, creamy orange and very light copper in color. Creamy near-white head which leaves lots of sticky lines of creamy stick down the glass. Very pretty, and it immediately reminded me of Alpine Nelson, which is always a very, very good thing.
Expressive Nelson hop component in the aroma: grapefruit flesh, floral components, and a bit of a sweet, freshly-baked bread character. Very nice.
Moderately bitter with expressive Nelson hop flavors. Discernible. Crisp and very drinkable flavors.
Medium bodied, slightly creamy. Moderate carbonation.
Like Alpine Nelson Jr. I liked this one a lot. I would certainly love to see this one in cans!

Pale yellow, hazy brew topped with a very fluffy snow-white head. Good retention and wide, thin fields of lacing. Lots of center-glass carbonation.
Big hop aroma immediately upon uncapping. Bright, indistinguishably fruity hops; light dank sweetness, tobacco, and earth; honey; straw; light caramel and bready malts.
Light but full-flavored, sweet, and incredibly dank on the mid- and back-end. Vague tropical fruits, honey, biscuit and bread, tobacco.
Surprisingly medium bodied, not quite chewy, but still drinkable. No sting, not particularly lively, but not flat either.
Easily the most full-bodied and flavorful "session"-level APA or IPA I've had. I'm not 100% on board with the hop profile, but it gives it a huge, interesting kick, and is well-worth seeking out, especially for fans of Mosaic and Citra hops (of which this beer is reminiscent).

Twenty-two ounce bottle.
A: Pours a clear straw yellow with a quater-inch thick white head which fades to a thin cap and yields semi-rings and splotches of lace.
N: Tropical fruits (passion and mango), citrus (grapefruit and tangerine) with faint malt.
T: Citrusy and a bit of pine and faintly vinous. Grassy and a touch of herbal notes.
M: Semi-moderate body and carbonation. Dry, softly herbal, citrusy finish.
O: Well balanced with a light malt. Easy drinking. Refreshing. Would have again.

Bomber sized bottle purchased at 2m Liquor in HP
At first glance this looks like a lager. Yellowish with a weak looking head- more like froth. The head reduces real fast to a small ring around the glass. Real easy to see they this beer- look like the "champagne of beers"
Hoppy aroma here- tropical fruits like mango and a bit of stiff pineapple. A little bit of hard bread smell as well. Good stuff. Fun to sniff around a bit
Taste is of run of the mill Pale ale. Very lite earthiness balanced out by oily hops. The hops I thought were Nelson shines thru in the aftertaste, this made me take many small sips instead of quaffing this one down- the hops that come in at the end is the best part of this brew - hallertau hops
Mouthfeel is rather refreshing even with the lower levels of carbonation- not too crisp.
Moderntimes lineup is shaping up real nice with the addition of this pale ale - looks like these guys know what they're doin. Can't wait to see what's next from them.
