Not sure what to think about this one other than it's not good ! Humbly speaking this doesn't resemble a saison in the least. The reviewer who said it tasted like dirty water with a lemon tossed in naied it ! Sorry.

Golden in color. This beer is crisp and refreshing but lacks true flavor. A little lemon zest, a little carbonated water, with a crackery background. NIcely carbonated, thin for the style, and just not very substantial or authentic in the flavor department.

Fairly floral, lightly barnyard aroma.
Flavor is grainy, floral, slightly sweet, with a very bitter, biting finish. Overwhelms with bitterness. Not my cup of tea.

With a sessionable overtone, the light and crisp side of farmhouse meets some of the newer hops on the market that are well suited for the spicy and fruity balance of the beer. Monteuka hops play out with a citrusy character that mimics the natural esters in the ale. The rounded taste is perfect for that traditional "plowman's" lunch of the Belgian and French Lowlands.
Plow pours with the common rusticity that's common to saison. Its high effervescence sides with champagne, fueling an arid and frothy foam structure that colapses upon itself rather quick while lacing randomly behind. As its bursting bubble reveal a host of fruit and spice variety, its perfume is mild and pilsner-like. To taste, its racy carbonation carries off a light grain sweetness that's akin to light bread and softly powdered sugar.
Over the middle, the sweetness continues to lift and the more winey tones set in. As a soft acidic tone projects, so do the beer's natural dried lemon, dried orange and apple. Lurking closely behind are the natural yeast balance of white pepper, clove and cumin. As the lemony tang of hops charge in, they bring their own balancing bite with a peppery and grapefruity finish.
With its light and dry body beckoning, its playful carbonic bite registers minerally and peppery while the lingering flavors of dried citrus peels reign supreme. Plow is a light-bodied, low-fuss beer that shows surprising variety in taste with relatively low impact on the palate. Its a refreshing and crisp thirst-quencher that's made for lazy sunny fall afternoons.
