Service Temperature, 40 degrees fahrenheit. Glassware, 12 ounce Tulip.
Through the glass I detect reddish orange hues with a nice clarity. The beer pours a medium off-white foamy head that recedes into an island of lace.
A waft of dryness is detected along with a hoppy-ness and some roasted barley.
Swirling this in my mouth I detect a mild sweet malt introduction with a hop dryness in the middle, that finishes roasted barley. The mouth is rather mild though, befitting if this is indeed a low ABV beer. All in all a decent 'light' Oktoberfest beer if you want to have a few of these over a long evening conversation.
