Never even heard about hamm's til I went to a really cheap bar by my house with one of my friends...he told me I had to get it
The bar was sooo cheap that u could get a pint of hamm's for $.99, a 36 oz mug for $2.75, or a pitcher for $4.00, I can't pass that up.
A - It looks a little darker to me than most American Lagers, extra points for that, typical white head that disappears quick
S - It smells like a regular American Lager, not that strong, but there. somewhat sweet, but nothing really popping out.
T - It tastes different for the style, real different, I swear I can almost tastes a hint of ham, or cheese, cuz its brewed in wisconsin...but seriously, a very good and distinctive taste that sets it apart from the rest.
M - Real clean and smooth going down, not bad at all, normal on the carbonation
O - Just a real good and cheap beer, i highly recommend it, I just don't know where u would find this, I haven't heard of this until a few weeks ago....u will probably never find something that tastes like this.

16 oz. tallboy poured into a Fitger's mug. Pale light straw with a frothy white head. Surprisingly long-lasting with thick splotches of lacing as it slowly falls.
Aroma is very sweet. Caramel, honey, and a healthy dose of adjunct sweetness. Hay. Floral and grassy hops.
Flavor is thin, but not unpleasant. A bit of corny sweetness, a dash of honey, and a touch of grassy hops.
Mouthfeel is light-bodied with a healthy bit of carbonation. Clean and refreshing.
Overall, this is a pretty standard adjunct lager. It's boring but inoffensive. I got it out of a $1 grab bag at a local liquor store, but otherwise wouldn't buy another one.

twelve cans for $5.99 is bang for your buck. At that price, what can you expect..
Nonetheless this brew was not as bad as the price tag made it look. Though it did have the same pathetic pale yellow hue as other low end beers and a scent almost identical, the taste and mouthfeel earned it an extra star. The taste jumps at you when you're not expecting- something stronger than the average bottom shelf.
I'd recommend this to a buddy tight on cash.
