Brewed for 14th anniversary special.
Pour: Light red-amber color with one finger of off-white head that dissipates somewhat quickly and leaves a trace of lacing on the glass.
Smell: Sweet and malty, slightly fruity, and floral/earthy hops.
Taste: Almost identical to the smell. Starts off with a very sweet pale malt note which gives way into a big caramel malt taste. Small hint of fruit and yeast in the middle and finishes with a medium piney hop bitterness.
Mouthfeel: Light, crisp, and clean. Pretty high carbonation.
Drinkability: Extremely quenching and refreshing, quaffable.
Final Notes: Extremely well-balanced and a great session beer. Too bad it's only an anniversary beer, I really liked it.
Serving type: on-tap
