On tap at the brewpub.

A - Served a nice reddish copper with a small off-white head the fades down pretty quickly to a small film.

S - Some carmel malts and a bit of fruitiness.

T - A subtle carmel and again some odd fruit. There is an almost metal taste that lingers in the mouth.

D - Lower carbonation and a bit too thin.

O - Not many choices in Pocatello, but this is a bad start.

Pour: Beautiful reddish copper color with a finger of off-white head that retains fairly and leaves some spotty lacing on the glass.

Smell: Caramel sweetness, a little bready, slightly fruity, and a touch of floral hops.

Taste: Follows the smell pretty much exactly. Starts off very caramelly and yeasty. The middle is graced with some hints of apple and peach and finishes very clean with a light hop bitterness.

Mouthfeel: A bit thin and watery, but just the right amount of carbonation.

Drinkability: High. Very refreshing.

Final Notes: A nicely crafted Amber Ale and a beer that would appeal to all beer drinkers from novices to experienced.
