Pours a clear gold color with a thick foamy white head that leaves lots of sticky lace and subsides slowly.
The aroma is very nice as it is a tight blend of yeast fruityness and spicyness from the coriander.
the flavor begins with a rush of carbonation that transports a dry hop bitterness that seems to carry a bit of orange peel. The carbonation fades and more flavors open up giving a dry malt and tons of fruitiness. Strangely it finishes with a light feeling not unlike eucalyptus shampoo on your scalp, as in it makes your tongue feel cool after drinking it and the carbonation sweeps the mouth clean of all flavors but a touch of the spiciness. The flavor is absolutely superb and a well aged example of this ale served at the proper temp is truly heavenly.
The mouthfell is full of that belgian Champagne like carbonation and it still has a nice viscosity but a very clean finish.
Extremly drinkable, if only i could get this in my state...
