A - I cracked it open and it gushed like champagne. It looks like one of those snow things that you shake up - there is small yeast particles dancing amidst all of the carbonation. Colour is a clear golden orange, with big puffy white head that ain't going nowhere anytime soon. Tons of lacing left behind.
S - fresh scents of honey, pears and pepper
T - closely matches the aroma, great balance of sweetness and spice. Very smooth flavours, yet not bland at all.
M - light bodied, yet the carbonation creates a fullness. Tons of carbonation, but very smooth. Alcohol is barely detectable, incredibly well hidden.
D - highly enjoyable and dangerously drinkable
This gets high scores across the board, I can't think of anything I dislike about this beer, it is solid through and through. I wasn't sure what I would think of this because I had already sampled Achouffe's Houblon IPA, and I think it is out of this world, so I figured this might bore me a little, but it is not the case at all. And I still can't get over how easy this beer is to drink!

A: Nice thick head on initial pour into a tulip glass , fine white foam with good lacing. Almost cream like in texture
S: Hint of hay, barn, champagne(?)
T: A tad malty without being too sweet, hint of peppercorn, clove, bread and only the slightest astringency from hops. Hint of apple or pear
M: Finely effervescent (like champagne) without being to gassy
Great beer, excellent price point at less than $3/bottle. Would definitely purchase again.
