Poured into my very own La Chouffe Tulip/Goblet glass. Nice big head, lots of lacing, big huge blobs cling to the side for quite longer than you would expect.
Huge citrus, wheat, sugary sunshiney smell. Not sure how they get the sunshine smell, but its there. Maybe its from being in Michigan and knowing that spring is 3 weeks old but not here at all.
Orange peel, clove, pepper, clementines, sweetness, little bits of hops and a great overall taste.
Mouthfeel: this beer tingles the tastebuds. Wonderful citrus sting on the tongue, big aftertaste of wheat, and a little bit of sour.
Serving type: bottle
