Poured a full two finger head over a translucent dull gold body. Holy sediment Batman! There is a lot floating in there. I love it. Good lacing, with some clinging in almost to the very end.
I smelled this one as soon as I poured it. Lots of spicy hops, alcohol and a big yeast bite. Very grassy and yet biscuity.
Very complex flavor profile. Up front the yeast, grass, pine and light spice start it off very well. Light sugary and malty sweetness in between, then lightly spiced hops takes over and finishes you off.
Medium bodied, carbonation just enough to be lightly prickly. Flows simply and quickly down, leaving no coating, but drying as it goes.
