A: Straw yellow with a good inch head. Good retention and lacing
S: Fruity esters with a spice that comes through. Smells like a regular tripel. There might be a hint of grassy hops in there as well.
T: The taste i fairly complex with a grassy hop flavours mixed with a bunch of fruits. The bitterness is really clean and smooth. The fruity flavours are almost citrusy with hints of banana; however, there spices that come through are really laid back, which make the beer taste really good.
M: Creamy and exactly what you'd expect.
D: Pretty drinkable for the bitterness and complexity.
Serving type: bottle
