This pours a creamy orange complexion with a thin lace of thick foam.
The nose is just as creamy as the appearance as the vanilla is heir apparent. I catch coconut, oak and a nice mellow bourbon whiskey.
The flavors are full on barrel personality with a lot of vanilla, light coconut, oak and a sweet bourbon. The bourbon is light mellow while the sweetness of vanilla seems prevalent.
The feel is light with a touch of weight and it slides down with a creamy ride. At 10 pct ABV this gives off no warmth or harsh bite.
I rate this as Blue Stallion's best beer as the Wee Heavy that I found to be very good became great.
