Breeze In is a three-location convenient store chain in Juneau, with this location being the largest and relatively most diversely stocked. A decent selection (for Juneau) of bombers along the back wall, all kept cool. A smaller selection of craft multi-packs in the coolers as well.
Not unlike everywhere else in town, Alaskan Brewing is prominently featured on the shelves.
This location also has an 8-tap "growler station" brand growler bar, which oddly enough also usually features a number of Alaskan Brewing beers (I say oddly enough as the brewery is literally less than a half mile away, and growlers are also available there). However, they do get beers on the growler bar that show up nowhere else in town, so it's worth a check.
Also, if you're picking up a beer which is best enjoyed fresh, be sure to look for dates, as bottles can sit around here for a while, it seems.

One of the few bottle shops and one good ones of the city of Juneau. Growler station has about 8 taps and they try to keep about half of them dedicated to Alaska breweries. Beers are in the back, in the cooler and lining the side cooler, lots of PNW breweries with a steady dose of New Belgium, Stone, Southern Tier, Victory, Avery, Central City, Boulevard and Ommegang. It's within walking distance of Alaskan Brewing Company so you might be able to find something to take back to the cruise ship.
