From 08/19/14 notes. 375 ml bottle poured into my Lost Abby stemware. Big thanks to BeerLawyer85 for sharing this one; thanks Ross!

Pours a murky bright yellow color with one inch of bright white head. Super sour nose and taste, peaches, sour white wine, oak, floral notes. Taste is very vinegary and has more sour fruits and oak. Acedic , light to medium body.

Overall a really good sour. Way more sour and vinegary than fruity, but really great. Worth seeking out for sure.

Bought a pour at the release day. Poured from a 375ml bottle.

A- poured a golden yellow with little head, settles beautifully.
S- reminds me of a warhead from when I was little. Sour but with hints of peaches.
T- Very sour at first comparable to Sang Noir in tartness but lightens up and the peach notes come through wonderfully with dry wine and a hint of oak notes at the finish.
M- very light, goes down smooth and with no objections.

Overall this is one of the best sours, and more complex beers, I have had and easily ranks near the top of my list, which includes several Cascade beers, Almanac, and the sisters from GI. Try it if you can get your hands on it. Glad to have traded my bottles to friends for them to enjoy and experience.

375ml bottle into 3F stemware. Reviewed at a tasting 5/3/14

Pours very little head that dissipates quickly. Spotty lace with little cling. Beer is a slightly cloudy lemon. Average.

Nose is tart peach, light funk, cobwebs and a touch of wood. Crisp and accented.

Opens super tart peach. Very fruit forward. Sweet and tart in the middle with notes of peach flesh and skin. Funky towards the end but the sour never subsides. Peach skin aftertaste. Solid but pretty one dimensional. Very in your face.

Light bodied with moderate carbonation. Filmy and puckering in the mouth and dry going down. Dry finish with a lingering aftertaste that really coats the palate. Really drinkable.

A very solid beer overall but not close to deserving of the perfect score it gets. Look and nose are pretty average although this is quite tasty and drinkable.

pours bright golden yellow. bottle started to gush however never did, head quickly dissipated once poured however still lively.

nose is peach. imagine sticking your nose into a peach cobbler. yeah, it's like that.

taste was quite sour, far more sour up from than i was expecting. once you get past the deep tart sour, the peaches emerge to provide a sweet peachy candy.

mild to moderate carbonation and seriously lip and mouth puckering.

yeah, this is pretty insane. i love peaches. the song sucked but fuzzy does not, fuzzy rules.

375 mL bottle poured into a snifter.

Appearance - Hazy yellow body. Small chunky white head. Thick collar.

Smell - Lots of peach. White wine. Light acidity. Yeasty. Oak. Dynamic!

Taste - Really sour. Intense peach, but it's more sour than anything. White wine. Oak. Yeasty.

Mouthfeel - Overly sour. Well carbonated.

Overall - This has a really fantastic aroma, but it's so sour. Just overwhelms all other flavors.
