Aromas of fresh citrus hop and grapefruit with a light wheat body, moderate bitterness, and subtle saltiness. Finishes crisp with tartness derived from Lactobacillus, grapefruit zest and plenty of Cascade dry hop.

Draft at the Wisconsin State Fair. Outstanding beer - very refreshing on a summer day. Slightly sour, moderate grapefruit, lightly hopped. Go-to beer for brunch.

Hazy pale yellow pour. Slightly sour smell with faint grapefruit and salinity. Light flavor with expected salinity and effervescence for a gose. Citrus/grapefruit and coriander flavor blend with bright acidity. Light to medium mouthfeel.

Cloudy yellow beer, white head. Grapefruit tart aroma and flavor, slight salinity, sourness is lactic in character. Crisp and dry finish. A pretty well made gose.

Enjoyed this Gose on tap at Jordan's Big Ten in Madison. Perhaps Mobcraft has figured out their consistency issues, because this sample was delicious. The beer was VERY approachable, and had an extremely balanced but forward Grapefruit character. I wouldn't consider my sample bitter at all, but well balanced. The tart/sourness of the grapefruit was almost completely absent due to the salt... But I'm ok with that. I feel the beer was pleasantly grapefruit forward without needing to be extremely sweet. Very palatable beer for a variety of beer drinkers.
**edit** - Picked up a four pack at Woodman's and I can see what everyone else is saying about the lack of depth and off-centered balance. The canned beer was far inferior to the fresh keg. Such a discrepancy between the two is unfortunate.
