This is my first quad, although I've had other belgian beers. The color is dark hazy amber with decent head and little lacing.
The smell is a bready malty smell.
The flavor is that aromatic perfumey flavor that i have come to expect from belgian beers. Malty and little hops to be tasted.
This is a very tasty and quaffable beer. I'm not always in the mood for this kind of taste, but it hit the spot today. I'll have to keep an eye out for tapistry beers.

By far the best beer I had at the brewpub. A very solid Quad that I would definitely buy if it were bottled.
