Prince of Pilsen tributes the most popular beer style in the world. Originally brewed in the bohemian City of Pilsen in 1842, the new sensation was widely imitated and now makes up 90% of beer consumed around the globe. This Euro-style version is refreshingly crisp and dry hopped with Falconer's Flight 7Cs for a distinct citrus aroma and bite.

Appearance: Slightly hazy, bright gold. Frothy white head, good retention
Aroma: Citrus fruit
Flavor & Aftertaste: Hop forward, citrus fruit flavor, moderate bitterness
Mouth feel: Light to medium body, drying
Overall: A hop forward lager, using a combo of Citra and Saaz. Firm malt base with clean fermentation profile. Hop combo provides a nice mix of citrus fruit aroma and flavor accented with spicy/herbal notes. Moderate to low level of bitterness. Drinks clean and crisp. Very refreshing. Reviewed as a European Pale Lager.

Had a party at three taverns for work like 5 years ago, but I never really liked beer at the time. I really missed out to try everything under the sun. Many GA brewery do a great job, like creature comfort, and Monday night.

Appearance: Pours a light, slender, pale yellow body with an inch of diminishing, white suds.
Smell: Understated maltiness, just a hint of pale malted grains, a flash of waterlogged bread, perhaps. A lilt of lemon, some soft florals.
Taste: A light, lightly sweet touch of pilsner with a taste of baguette innards and teensy touch of cracklingly crisped grains. I find the hop profile to be fruity, floral and citrusy (lemony), mainly, though also a bit earthy. Fairly restrained bitterness. Decently crisp finish. Lingering earthiness and lemon peel.
Mouthfeel: Medium-light body. Medium carbonation.
Overall: Solid and easily drinkable, sure, I just don't outright love it.

I tried this beer at Thrive restaurant in downtown Atlanta. It poured a clear golden with thin white head that left a spotty lace. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with subtle citrus presence over a crisp malt. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall its a good beer.

Purchased at my Local Food Depot Store in Griffin Georgia.
Looks nice, I've never seen an Unfiltered Pilsner before. Somewhat hazy pale yellow with hints of green. less than a finger of head but very good lacing on the glass. swirling releases a tad more head which is pillowy. Now for smell. Aroma is what you expect from any pilsner, Malty, bready with lemon peel. Moving along to taste. Bold upfront hop presence. Fresh Hop Bite. Mainly tastes like american hops were used with this Beer. Loads of lemon peel with Malt under tones. Hop forward flavor reminds me of a IPA. Not a sweet beer, rather dry throughout. Let's talk about feel. This Beer is incredibly smooth and creamy texture throughout. Medium- semi heavy viscosity, light carbonation. Overall, Good Pilsner that can hold its own when compared to other american versions.

Had at Daniel Reed’s Public Kitchen & Bar, Savannah, poured from 12-oz. bottle into tumbler.
Appealing to the eye, this (to my taste) Bohemian Pilsner hits the biscuity pilsner malt note just right.
