12 ounce bottle - Barrel & Barley Craft Beer Market
Appearance: Nearly clear, yellow-hued body with a medium-sized, long-lasting, white head.
Smell: Faint hint of grain, soft white breads and a sweet-scented fruity mix.
Taste: Mild pale maltiness, a little bit of breadiness. Just a bit of faint butteriness precludes a sweet cotton candy taste cut by a little herbal hop note. Very low bitterness. Drying, soft finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium-light body. Medium carbonation.
Overall: Imperfect, but not bad! Some says "it's no Cooter." I would agree with that statement. It could use a few tweaks to tighten it up.

12 oz bottle into a weissbier glass.
Golden with a decent head and small spots of lacing. Thin layer of sediment on the bottom of the bottle.
Feel: Light and crisp with a semi-dry finish.
Flavor: hoppy for style. Herbal. Faint bready malts.

A - very light blonde color with minimal head
S - some earthy tones topped off with a slight citrusy hop aroma
T - herbal spice slightly overpowers earthiness, but not very strong taste
M - dry initially with a very small amount of carbonation that finishes very clean
O - not too much too this beer, although it is pleasant and very sessionable. Not nearly as strong a flavor as one would expect from even an American blonde. enjoyable if you're looking to pound a lot down.
