What we have here is a Brown Ale that’s smoother than silk and brewed with the balance ol’ Cooter Brown himself never had. Caramel and Chocolate notes with a creamy head are ready for your ‘stache.

The appearance is a dark brown, with a beige and frothy head. The appearance is almost like a latte.
The smell is a bit off-putting. It almost smells a bit earthy like wood or dirt. Not much sweetness or booziness in the smell, but there is a slight toastiness to it.
The taste is surprisingly solid. It's buttery and nutty, with some very faint sweetness. Overall very low in sweetness, and some mild bitterness. The aftertaste is pretty subtle, and it is like a roasted chestnut. Almost no carbonation.
The mouth feel is pretty oily, buttery and smooth. In a way, the mouthfeel kind of reminds me of a latte.

A decently flavorful brown ale. This is not my style of choice, but I do appreciate one when I come across it. The mouthfeel was the least appreciated attribute - it was a bit watery on the tongue. Otherwise, it was pretty solid and something I will not hesitate to try again.

Tastes pretty much exactly how I expected after reading the label. Its a good brown ale, nothing too flashy. Good drinkability, quite smooth with a silky texture. Flavor is decent but nothing special about it.

Straightforward. True to type. Not very exciting but smooth and quite drinkable from the tap.

Good brown ale. Not much carbonation. Locally brewed in SE Ga. Roasted malted on the nose. Dark khaki/tan head. Taste is of caramel, chocolate and malt. Not much hops. Not bad. Give it a try.

Pours an effervescent & ruddy brown with a thumb of tan head. Good head retention & lacing
S: Toasty, not much else
T: Follows the nose, some dryness and nuttiness up front. Dryness, woody bitterness, & more toastyness as this warms, a touch of vanilla & hazelnut too. Finishes dry, toasty
MF: Light/medium body, firm carbonation
Easy enough drinking brown, would like more body & flavor complexity
