Visited on Monday night. A busy night, as it was Karaoke night. Seemed like only regulars in the taproom. A fantastic townie place. Everybody was friendly. Many locals did not grow up in the area. A wide ranging crowd in age and style. Beers only served in pint glasses, regardless of style. Service was only slightly above average, but it was a busy night. Selection was decent for a bar that does not advertise itself as a beer bar. I had the Le Cumbre Elevated IPA, the Deschutes Black Butte Porter and the Oskar Blue G'Knight Imperial Red. I walked to and from the bar. Had some good chili. Three beers and some chili for about $20. Excellent value.
If I had a chance to sample a greater portion of the menu and maybe not sat at the bar (service) this place would have a higher rating from me.
This place was a great find as many of the other BA places listed for Santa Fe were brewery related and thus served only their brews. This may be the best non-brewery affiliated beer bar in Santa Fe. I will go back.
