Notes & Commercial Description:
Beer added by: RblWthACoz on 10-20-2013

This prohibition style beer reminds you of the beers from the old days. Using ingredients similar to what were available at the time, Ta Ta is fermented with lager yeast at ale temperatures, leaving a fuller flavored, refreshing lager-like taste.

look: 3 | smell: 3.5 | taste: 3.5 | feel: 4 | overall: 3.5

Appearance: Very lightly hued, straw-toned body with a slim, white head.

Smell: Slight, slender, easy-breezy maltiness with a meager note or two of hop and ester.

Taste: A basic, soft maltiness with a little sweetness. Mildly floral hop hints present a low amount of incorporated bitterness. Faint estery accents. Dry, reasonably crisp finish.

Mouthfeel: Light-bodied. Medium carbonation, though, you get a little last minute zip on the swallow.

Overall: A light leaning brew, filling the brewpub’s "light beer" quota, for when patron’s say, "What do you mean you ain’t go Bud?" However, I do see Bud, Miller, and Coors available both on draft and bottle. Who knows, maybe they’ll be phasing those out eventually in an effort to ease Cumming into the whole craft brew thing slowly. Baby steps.
