bottle into tripel karmeliet tulip, purchased in Granada, Spain
appearance: golden yellow, huge white foam head, almost went out of the glass on a gentle pour, some lacing
smell: sour lemons, belgian yeast, oranges, earthy hay, bready notes
taste: lemon, very sour, belgian yeast funkiness, citric, prominent wheat backbone creates for a smooth taste from start to finish, aftertaste is milady sour yet abrupt. 4.25
mouthfeel: medium carb, super light bodied
overall: A damn good beer. Semi sour but not overbearing, drinks almost like a pils but with plenty of flavor to keep even the most avid beer snob happy. One of the best Spanish beers i've had so far.
