*Classic Style* A classic west coast-style IPA made with Centennial hops. Very drinkable with a pleasant hop bite.

16oz can from Castle Liquors. Golden pour, orange hues, creamy, silky head. Aroma is musty, malty, caramel , hoppy notes on top. Taste is fully and citrusy, minor bitterness, juicy.

Had on tap in the taproom. Pours a slight amber, decent head retention.
This one, I believe, is primarily Galaxy hops. Lot of citrus and floral notes. Nice solid IPA, was definitely fresh which I bet helped. Would have this again.
