A: Cloudy orange with a white foam head. Looks like a Hefe due to the wheat malt used in brewing.
S: Citrusy hops (tangerine, orange, lemon), with a slightly sweet malt smell hanging around.
T: Lemony bitterness on the front, a slight citrus hop punch, and smooth wheat like finish. This is a really refreshing, lighter IPA. Sort of a hybrid wheat/IPA, not a hop bomb and not overly bitter.
M: This is where this beer excels, in my opinion. Strikes a perfect balance between sessionable and flavorful. Most session IPAs sacrifice flavor for drinkability, and most hop loving IPAs are a little heavy. This beer hits the middle perfectly.
O: While not the greatest IPA ever, a perfect session IPA with loads of flavor and balance. A perfect beer for a hot Memphis afternoon!
