A: Pours a hazy, Hefeweizen color into a pint glass. Almost 1 finger of head. Carbonation only leaves a light ring. Expect just a little more carbonation.
S: Peaches (duh!) and wheat.
T: Wheaty, then finishes up sweet. I like it, but maybe just a little bit more bitterness to balance it out.
M: Awesome on the palate. Medium carbonation is smooth and silky.
D: This is a great session beer.

All in all, this is a cool beer to drink. I doesn't have alot of deep character, so if you're looking for that....get a different beer. However, it is a nice session beer that is something different.

The Wheach pours from the brightly colored yellow and orange bottle a slightly cloudy goldenrod yellow color with an aird bubbly half inch of head on top. As I place my nose near the glass an aroma akin to opening a jar of peach preserves wafts up. This is met by a husky wheat grain aroma that brings its own lemony citric quality. The peach is not too overpowering and adds a unique twist to the normally boring American wheat.

First sip brings peach preserves upfront melded with a somewhat astringent wheat malt. Clean and refreshing with a mellow herbal hop finish. A lingering graininess sits on the back of the palate after each sip. A summery twist on the wheat beer that's rather interesting.

Mouthfeel has a medium body with fast moving carbonation that cuts across the palate. Pretty easy to drink and good on a hot day...however I can't see having more than a few in a sitting..I think I would get burnt out on the flavor. Worth a try if you enjoy fruit beers and peaches!

A - Pours a slightly hazy light straw color with one finger of white head. Head has decent retention but doesn't leave any lacing.

S - Big peach aroma with a faint amount of wheat.
T - There is a big peach flavor, but it doesn't dominate the taste as much as it does the smell. More wheat presence than in the smell. Pretty nice. Would be good on a hot day.

M - Light crisp mouthfeel that works well for this beer .

O - A pretty good wheat beer with a nice complement of peach. I wouldn't have this every day, but I would get it again.

This is probably one of the best fruit beers I’ve ever tasted. The peach is not too forward, yet it is still very peachy. In the nose and the flavor. Wheat charactor is evident by the cloudy appearance, and silky smooth palate. I recommend to anybody.

It looks like O'Fallon is contracting out of Stevens Point, WI. Appears a nice semi clouded bright golden hue with almost an orange glow to it. A bright egg shell white head forms thick with fine even lacing. Aroma is strong peach flesh and earthy peach pit tones. Flavor is weird a semi biscuit malt backing with a creamy note clashing with earthy peach pit and flesh tones, a bit juicy. Pretty weird stuff going on here, unremarkable fruity wheat beer it just happens to be a new fruit I've never had in my beer before. Mouthfeel has soft natural carbonation going on. Not bad definitely drinkable stuff just not my cup of tea, keep on searching for something else in their lineup so far Chocolate Cherry beer and this were pretty sorry offerings.

(Served in an American pint glass)

A- This beer has a hazy pale yellow body with a strong carbonation of big bubbles that race to the surface. There is a snow-white head of various sized bubbles that last for a good bit.

S- The smell of peach is very perfumed but it is not overly chemical, just very strong.

T- The fizz with a hint of peach schnapps is about all I can taste for the first few sips. Then strong note of peach fuzz take over with a faint green hops that is very light in the background. There is a faint lemon tartness in the background in the finish.

M- This beer has a medium-full mouthfeel with a fizz texture.

D- This beer is almost like a soda pop with a big fizz and a strong peach flavor. I would have liked to taste more of the wheat and malt and less fizz in this beer.

Pours a cloudy gold color with very little head. The aroma is peach-tastic. So much peach that you can smell it as soon as the bottle was opened. The taste is crisp and notnearl as sickly sweet as I would have expected based on the aroma. The peach flavor still dominates the flavor, but otherwise this wheat is very, very drinkale. I hate everything else I've ever had from O'fallons except this beer. I gladly bought a whole case of this.

Notes are from Saturday 5/29.

This beer is a lightly clouded yellow-gold with a soft, creamy white head that stays together for a short time before fading away and leaves very light lacing behind.
The aroma of the fresh juice of ripe peaches is prevalent in this one with a sturdy wheat backing.
The juice is all here in the flavor, but the wheat really fades away into the background. I was a little surprised as well by how weak the flavor turned out to be. There's also no real balance and I'm getting nothing but the peach and grains initially. Eventually I get just a touch of hops toward the end and there's a tartness underneath as well.
An active but not overactive carbonation gives this one a good, crisp bite that balances an otherwise smooth mouthfeel. Body is light to medium.

Thanks to jhammerly for this very interesting brew.
A cloudy golden-yellow fills the glass and hundreds of tiny bubbles burst to the top feeding the half finger white head
Aroma is definately peach...I'm not sure if it is wheat softened with peach or peach made sharper with wheat, but they are both in the nose.
Taste has all of the attributes of a wheat...sort of biscuit-like yeast with a spicy, peppery taste as it works it's way back through your mouth, but then it finishes with soft, ripe peaches.
The mouthfeel is very smooth and slippery.
This would be a really nice summer quencher.

A - Cloudy peach brew looks juicy and thick, like nectar. the head is a solid two fingers, and lasts for several minutes before reducing to a white cap. A good amount of lace is left on the glass, but slides quickly back into the beer.

S - Juicy peach and mango nectar. This smells profoundly like fleshy peaches and sweet mango! My fiance had a mango margarita last night that was made with real mango nectar and this is remarkably similar to that. I also smell some fruity mango or peach flavored bubblegum. Nice!

T - The flavors are really ffresh, fleshy, and juicy, but don't quite live up to the glorious nose. This is pretty good stuff! Fruit beers are almost always artificial and overly sweet, but this is neither. It's balanced, tangy, sweet, and a little yeasty.

M - Medium bodied and citrus fresh on the palate. This is really thirst quenching and satisfying.

D - Probably the best non-lambic fruit flavored beer that I've ever had! I could sink a six of this in the summer no problem. I usually avoid fruit beers, but this is a really nice exception to the rule. I've gotta make it down to O'Fallon soon, since I live so close.

Thanks to expatsteve for the bottle.

Pour: light straw yellow with a mild haze under an inch of snow white foam.

Nose: super-sweet peach tea/syrup with a faint husky wheat finish.

Taste: bright flash of peach and apricot on the forepalate that steps aside for burly wheat malt and popcorn and a smooth, dry finish.

Feel: medium body, fizzy carbonation

Drinkability/Overall: Fairly straightforward and two-dimensional (peach and wheat...go figure) but tasty and refreshing nonetheless. O'Fallon makes yet another solid goofy fruit beer.

12oz single, Woodman's

appearance: pours from a nifty bottle into a hefe glass...pale hazy golden orange body, light fluffy 1/2" head, decent lacing, quite hazed

smell: sweet, canned peaches dominate the aromas, crisp wheat underneath, hint of toasted malt, light citrus, slightly tart

taste: more of the same...sweet and syrupy canned peaches, lightly toasted malt, crisp and lemony wheat feel, sweet apricot...lots of artificial peach flavouring...pretty decent summer brew, enjoyable

mouthfeel: medium-light body, zesty

drinkability: session
