The original beer from our brewery…a smooth golden ale with three types of barley, two varieties of hops and fresh Kolsch yeast. It’s cold-conditioned and carefully filtered for a clear, beautifully colored, delicious beer.

Big gold color with huge carbonation bubbles that ultimately leave a very thin, wispy head. Strong grain and caramel aroma. Syrupy sweet flavor with a sharp, metallic bitterness; grapefruit; twinge of brown sugar. Medium bodied but very coarse on the tongue.

A very mediocre beer, very disjointed as far as mixing all the malt and hop components together in a satisfying, well-balanced package. Not a drain pour, but pretty forgettable. Rough and bruising and, personally, I'd rather have a canned Budweiser...

A: Head dissipates quickly... wasn't around long enough to really measure. I saw another reviewer commented the color as "urine" and I gotta say that it looks like urine if you have had a 3-4 day bender for sure. No lacing. opaque.

S: Grainy. Some citrus in there some where. Smell is crisp and light.

T: I taste more citrus that I expected. Tangerine almost. Grains are the obvious first flavor. Thick, yet a smooth light finish.

F: Very nice. I am surprised at the smoothness. It is very crisp on the finish. No alcohol burn at all.

O: I think this beer would be really good with any pubgrub... I'd especially pair it with pizza. Unremarkable for it's type, but overall it is more than pleasant. One of the better O'Fallon products.

Dark urine yellow. Good clarity. Weak, soda-like head which disappears quickly leaving nothing behind.

Clean aroma with mild bread grains and some apple.

Grainy flavor as well. Apple juice sweetness. Leafy hop that attempts to balance. Low complexity.

Light bodied and heavily carbonated.

Just average and nothing more. Not much to stimulate the senses.

A: Pours a nice golden color with a decent head ans some lacing.

S: Aroma of citrus, fresh grain and a bit of malt in the background.

T: Taste is of fresh grain and a bit of citrus. there is a mild sweetness with a touch of bitterness and a clean finish.

F: Light body, crisp, smooth and somewhat refreshing.

O: Decent beer. One of the better Blond Ales I have had. If nothing else it is non-offensive and goes well with food.
