Surprisingly not bad. Tasted like a tea to me but in a good way.

16 oz pour at the Old Toad in Rochester, New York.

One of the darker IPAs I've seen- a garnet, murky reddish color. 1 finger small head. Appears well carbonated, not a whole lot of lacing to be seen.

Smells great. Pine and citrus dominate. Some pineapple and grapefruit.

Tastes great as well. The aforementioned pine and citrus, plus a pretty prominent malt flavor. The malt flavor is very earthy, toasty, almost caramel-like. A very well balanced IPA, but would prefer stronger, brighter hop flavors over the malt. A sweeter IPA, when I tend to prefer drier ones. The hop flavors are very nice, nonetheless, and I quite enjoyed the pint.

Mouthfeel is appropriate for the style. Medium bodied, good carbonation.

Would like to look out for more offerings from this new local(ish) brewery.

Awesome IPA, citrusy and well balanced. I've heard a lot of hype about this beer and had high expectations, it did not dissapoint.

Good solid IPA from the new brewery in downtown Binghamton. Had it on tap at the brewery and from a growler from the local beer store.

This is a nice IPA that is overall a mild to moderate IPA in overall experience, that is not overly intense. A very drinkable IPA that hits the spot under many different conditions.

The beer pours a relatively deep red/amber color.

The highlight of this beer is the aroma, which has a strong aroma of tropical fruit that also comes through nicely in the taste.

The new brewery has a lot of new beers to choose from. A great start.

From 02/01/14 notes. Had on tap at The Jeffrey in NYC. Served in a tulip.

a - Pours a deep amber-reddish color with one inch of fluffy off white head and moderate carbonation evident.

s - Smells of light citrus hops, fruity malts, pine hops, grains, bready malts, and wheat. Some nice citrus in the nose.

t - Tastes of light citrus hops, fruity malts, wheat, soap, bread, grains, floral notes, earthy notes, some spice.

m - Medium body and low to moderate carbonation. No heat, easy to drink.

o - Overall a decent IPA. Some nice citrus and fruit to it, would try it again sometime.

smell- very hoppy

taste- sweet citrus and very bitter

color- amber like apple juice

While some of the characteristics of this beer are quite potent it's strong in all the right ways, IPA fans will love this.
