16oz can from Wegmans. Hazy golden body, ring of foamy head. Aroma is funky, cheese rind, overripe fruit. Taste also plays on the funky rye character , citrus and tropical, sweet, oily. Works out really well.

I love the idea of Sorachi Ace with rye, and find that many Sorachi Ace beers can be real growers. This is not one of them. Admittedly two months old, but the flavor was off - astringent and bit popcorny. I look forward to trying other things from this brewery, but this was not worth the price or beautiful can.

Hazy golden. Translucent. Capped with fluffy white cream. Great retention and lacing.
Smells like rye bread, lemongrass, lemon candy, and dill.
Tastes like lemon grass, lemon zest, dill, tart pineapple, and rye bread. Leans slight sweet, with a hint of spice on the finish.
Medium feel, well carbonated, creamy.
I wish this was a bit drier or more bitter, but otherwise very good.

A diacetyl bomb piece of shyt... So buttery that Orville Redenbacher's should contract them for their butter flavoring.
