From the 12 oz bottle in a pint glass. This decent ESB pours a light
peach tinged golden color with a nice head of white foam that dissipates to
a thick ring, thin light pool, and showcases some subtle sudsy lacing. Nose of
grassy hops, herbal hops, and moderately sweet honey malts with a touch of
orchard fruit. Flavors subtly exceed the nose making for a solid session brew
with honey and light toffee malts mingling with subtle peach and grassy hops
that overlay a bed of herbal lightly bitter hop notes. Nice body; medium light
carbonation, medium mouth feel, and a moderately bitter herbal tinged finish.
Overall, a solid brew from a new to me brewery.
Bought from Party Town in Kentucky.
Cheers
