Thanks to bu11zeye for sharing this bottle.
The beer pours a golden color with a white head. The aroma is a mix of pepper, citrus and wheat. There is also a strong alcohol presence in the aroma. It smells a little more alcoholic than the 8.1 percent ABV would lead you to believe that it was. The flavor is toffee and grass with some alcohol. There is a little bit of fruit but it is well hidden behind the other flavor components. Low bitterness. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation. A decent tripel, but nothing special.

Pours rather golden than amber, hazy, fluffy white head.
Smell is really fruity and hoppy, with lots of berries, apricots, peaches, oranges, also floral. Hints of sugar and booze.
Taste follows, with some pale malts and light grains covered almost entirely by fruitiness, the same as in the smell, with orchard and forest fruit, also some pretty acidic apple. Nice caramel, citrus peel, spicy yeasts. Prickly pepper that really pinches, helped by quite a fizzy carbonation. Big green hops in the finish, packing a more than mild bitterness, with lots of mineral and leafy notes.
Carbonation doesn't go away too soon, and the booze doesn't seem to settle and "mix" well with the aromas. There are some sherry-like notes, but the beer seems just a bit boozy most of the time.
Nice display of hops in a tripel, even though a bit unbalanced. Refreshing despite its high abv.
