75cl bottle. Pours a hazy golden amber with a medium white head. Lots of sediment as this was the bottom half of the bottle. Smells overwhelmingly like honey. Quite sweet with lemony, herbal notes and a bit of tang. Tastes somewhat citric with a good deal of malty sweetness. A bit of mineral/dish soapy character (it's not the glass). Light mouthfeel with medium carbonation. A bit too sweet/phenolic to be enjoyable.

Blonde? More like a Blanche!

I wouldn't call it a belgian pale ale. It looks like a witbier, it smells like a witbier and it tastes like a witbier.
Not too bad though, refreshing. A good summer beer

Desperate to come out of the bottle. Nice head in a tulip. Color: Fuzzy yellow. Aroma: Coriander, orange peel, vanilla. Taste: Too much carbonation. Tastes like a light Hoegaarden. Some wood with a bitter alcohol finish. A good beer for summer to drink fast but not something to taste in detail.

A: Pours a cloudy golden orange with a puffy, pillowy white head. Carbonation appears to be relatively active, giving the beer a turbulent appearance.

S: Soft, bready malts, spices, and citrus are present on the nose. Very light and sweet, but quite appealing.

T: Soft and sweet notes of oranges in syrup, lemon zest, apricot, caramel, biscuits, cream, and vanilla. A dab of spice and yeast flavors is subtle, but present. The finish is very gentle with sweet citrus and cream notes.

M: Medium bodied, smooth, and creamy with gentle, unobtrusive carbonation. Very drinkable.

O: This is an excellent Belgian pale ale. Very nice all around.
