Golden in color, light in body and delightfully hoppy in all the right ways. ‘Til Sunset is the session beer hop heads have been waiting for. Low in ABV and high in hop flavor and aroma. Generously hopped with American Centennial and dry hopped again with even more Centennial for a fantastic hop flavor profile. Hand crafted to be enjoyed responsibly ‘Til Sunset.

A: Pale apricot orange in the glass, fairly cloudy, with a medium amount of white head on top.

S: Lots of grapefruit peel. Not a lot of malt character in there, perhaps a touch of orange in the finish.

T: Assertively bitter, with strong grapefruit peel flavors. Light malt character, the finish is oily bitterness.

M: Light, with medium active carbonation. The finish is oily, and clings with a residual bitterness that is long, and assertive.

O: Overall I think the bitterness is a little too intense in this guy.. Or perhaps just a different variety of hops. This is a too heavy on the hops for something I want to drink all day, if the variety was more of a tropical fruit variety, I think it would be more sessionable.

These guys grow their own hope, AND BARLEY! Wow!

From a can.

Pours a moderate orange, a bit on the golden side, with a 1 1/2 finger rather substantial, white head that leaves thick, attractive lacing.

Nice florals in the aroma with a little ripe citrus. Buttery. Fresh hop aroma.

Taste is more subdued than the flavor, but definitely hop forward. Tart citrus and bitter citrus peel dominate. The bitterness lets up just a bit in the middle and some sweet malts peek through, before the bitter hops take over once more. Some occasional over ripe citrus.

Light in body with light fizz. A bit of syrup on the tongue, and slightly drying.

This is a good IPA. Not spectacular, but pleasant and rewarding nonetheless. I wouldn't hesitate to try this again.

Poured from a can into a shaker pint, the beer is a bright, slightly hazed, golden copper coloring with a tall, fluffy, light, airy, clingy, white head. Great lacing left behind as you drink. Aromas of cut grass, subtle citrus notes, pineapple, and mango. Good nose, but it's subtle. Flavors are bitter and tart forward, with a heavily roasted undertone. Resinous cedar and grass bitterness dominate the palate, with the tropical and citrus fruit notes coming in after to balance, but ultimately be overpowered. The body is light and smooth, with a vinous, vegetal, bitter hops character dominating the aftertaste. The finish is light, slightly effervesced, and dry, with more of the green linger.

A good session IPA. A gentle pour gives a clear gold color with a minimal white head. A hard pour makes for a hazy gold color with an average lasting white head. In both cases, there is thick lacing on the glass.

Aroma is floral and grassy hops. Fairly pronounced. Good flavor, decent bitterness. Centennial hops provide good flavor and an aromatic aspect. There is some malty balance too.

Mouthfeel is pretty good. A bit on the light side but crisp and bitter. Good flavor, light .abv. This is a winner.
