We punched up our favorite DIPA with an extra dose of mosaic cryo hops. More lupulin oil and less vegetative matter delivers an even fruitier and smoother hop experience.

L: Opaque and yellow-orange, a 5 or 6 SRM. Lots of suspended material and “pulp” - a great beer to roll before pouring. Conservative pour results in a 1/2 finger head with minimal lacing.
S: Citrus, light herbs and tropical fruit.
F: Initial creaminess in the middle of the tongue gives way to light carbonation which compliments the aftertaste.
T: A creamy rush of citrus featuring tangerine, lemon, grapefruit, and pineapple gives way to a clean bitterness that reminds me of lemon curd.
O: This beer is off the chain, hands-down my favorite Grimm beer and I have tried most of their regulars at this point. An excellent example of the NE IPA style and oh-so-smooth at 8%.

Kind of a drab yellowy straw color but a good head. Citrus and herbal aromas and flavors, with some tropical fruit. Unlike many similar double hazies the herbal note both highlights the fruity notes and keeps them from being monotonous. Medium bitterness on the back. Depth to the flavor. Nice thick and creamy feel.

Pours a light orange, fizzy 1" white head that settles out quickly, solid lacing. Lots of chunks and suspended sediment. Nose is pineapple, cooked tropical fruit, cantaloupe, spent grain, light hairspray. Taste is brighter than the aroma - almost creamy tropical fruit (mango), cantaloupe, as well as some light alcohol spice. A mild amount of bitterness on the finish, but some trace allium notes as well. Light carbonation and a creamy, full mouthfeel.

Yep it’s that good. This is one tasty brew. First time for me and I am wondering what took me so long. Can’t 8/8/22 consumed nine 1922 so nice and fresh.
I get sweetness and Melon and some peach on the nose. But then the taste is really different. Much more tart much bigger bitterness on the finish. Just hints of some of the melon and peach and cantaloupe. But dominated by some serious and tasty bitterness. Mouthfeel Is very smooth

Best Grimm and I've had a bunch of them. The mouth feel is just tremendous, it has a razor sharp focus on the palate. World class NEIPA.
