Juicy, Hazy orange, soft carbonation, plush fruity aromas. Immense mango, marmalade, pine, honeysuckle, and lemon flavors. Smack dab in between Lambo and Tesseract on the sweet-to-dry spectrum. Just a hint of bitterness.

Purchased as part of a “build your own case “ offering. Canned on 7/5/23.
L- Deep golden color.
S- Luscious ripe fruit.
T- Absolutely decadent.
F- Not the usual Long Island trademark
mouthfeel, but in a good way!
O- This is one of my favorite DIPAS!

Slightly golden haze with little fluff. Incredible tropical scents of mango, peach, and apricot. Also significantly dank. Light carbonation with bitterness on the backend. Excellent drinkability for an 8%er and also one of my favorites.

Can from AJ’s.
Top notch Grimm DIPA
A bit bright carb wise, but gorgeous delicious beer. Thought apricot really came through. Otherwise really nicely rounded blend of mango sweetness and citrus with a touch of dank.

This is just a solid beer all around from Grimm. Tropical and stone fruit aroma. Peaches, apricot, mango, slightly earthy and plithy, and overripe fruit. Taste falls right in line with the appropriate amount of bitterness. Medium-high carbonation and finishes on the dryer side. Overall - fantastic, easy drinking and should be on any IPA lover's list.

Juicy but more bitter than sweet.

Strong mango/pineapple notes in the aroma. Just a bit of sweetness upfront, but it’s pretty dry for a DIPA overall. Some pithy bitterness and stone fruit.

Pours a hazy orange color. A moderate layer of film quickly dissipates.
The nose is plush with tropical and citrus fruit, and dank and pungent herbal spices. Aromas of mango, papaya, passion fruit, pineapple, orange, grapefruit and lime. Resiny and herbal aromas evoke notes of pine sap, honeysuckle and verbena.
A firm biscuity and bready malt backbone supports a hops burst of juicy tropical fruit, bright citrus and resiny spices. Flavors of mango, passion fruit, pineapple, peach, melon, grapefruit, orange and lime. Peppery, resiny and herbal notes evoke notes of grass, verbena and pine, as well as a touch of alcohol spice. There is moderate to assertive bitterness that adds balance.
Medium to full bodied with a mostly smooth mouthfeel. The finish is dry with a gentle hops burn. The carbonation is moderate.
Very nice DIPA full of interesting hops flavors. I would have again.
