From the firkin on the bar, gravity dispensed. This was the very last pint in the cask, so it was a little cloudy but delicious nonetheless. Not much foam but plenty spritzy in the Imperial nonic. They call it an "Extra Pale Ale" dry hopped with Citra and Simcoe.

Sharp and acidic with hop oils, but at the same time rich and malty. Swarming with aromatics, it's like a DIPA. Big resiny and piney taste with a grapefruit finish. Moderately bitter, and totally drinkable with such a huge hoppy blast of flavors.

I think this brewery has a really good way with hops-- loads of aromatics and restrained bitterness. Drank this one at their taproom in east Denver.
