Poured a hazy yellow-gold with a fluffy white head. Lots of citrus and pine smells that were overwhelmingly fresh. Taste was more of citrus notes with some sticky pine. Some carbonation that kind of surprised me.

Another great beer from Cellarmaker, which is definitely on my list of stops when in town.

Thank you, Trey.

A mildly hazy light orange (more yellow, actually), with a dense, fluffy, white head with excellent retention and lacing, this looks great. The nose is great. Bright, refreshing, clean and fruity, the grape-heavy Nelson Sauvin hops dominate up front behind which an awesomely refreshing. Behind it is a bright, resplendent citrus hop character with tangerines, mandarins, a touch of pine and some grapefruit. A faint yeasty/doughy character is also present on the nose, lending a softness. Malt character is minimal with a faint cotton candy note. Very nice.

The palate plays the Nelson Sauvin note beautifully. Like a fruity yet dry white wine with a prominent clean and bright bitterness along with flavors of white grape, melon and citrus, this is excellent. Behind the opening salvo of fruity hop flavor is a medium-high bitterness, moderately resiny but mostly heavy on grapefruit, tangerine and mandarin. The mild cotton candy note lends some sweetness, but the hop oils also add heft to the palate. Light in body, medium-low in carbonation, this beer feels creamy on the palate and has a long, drying, bitter finish with a moderate resiny character. Extremely impressive. Where the heck did these guys come from?!

A: very hazy light honey color. Fluffy white head, great lacing.

S: ruinous, piny hop character, light citrus. Lots of pine. Like it.

T: very creamy mouth feel, probably a strong wheat base or oats. A nice piny, prickly taste layers over the creaminess.

Overall: another solid offering from cellarmaker. Don't miss it.

Pours a light yellow gold. Transparent, clear. Medium white head. Fine bubbles. Good retention. blah, blah, blah. Aroma is chock full of fruity hops. I'm getting sweet lemons, raspberries, pineapple, mango, pine, tangerine, honeysuckle. Really nice. Little to no malt character. Taste is dry and lightly bitter. Lots of the aforementioned hop flavor and a tiny bit of simple pale malt sweetness. Very fresh tasting beer. Light mouthfeel. Extremely easy to drink. Really nice west coast IPA.
