Growler thanks to familynight (Reddit). Filled 6/11, shared with rudzud on 6/27
Light flight fizzy almost 1 finger head that fades at a med pace, very clear honey golden sunny liquid color, little lacing.
Nose fruity hops, Amarillo like fruity bubblegum, nice citrus, little generic fruit, little floral, some dank resin, little stone fruit, etc.
Taste brings nice dank resin, big bitter orange peel and a little pith, little candied orange peel, juicy orange, passion fruit lingering, fairly musty, interesting spicy earthy like flavours. Candy sweet malt base, touch of booze as it warms, onto a little orange peel and hop oil like. Finish is long, quite bitter, big dank musty resin, hop oil bitterness and orange peel, little candy sweetness and touch of booze, big spicy bitterness too. Slight warming booze comes through as it warms.
Mouth is med bod, little fluffy but lighter carb, decent hop oil.
Overall not bad, nice citrus and dank resin, but not really tropical, nice hop oil and musty resin, orange zest, peel, etc.

Pours pale gold. The liquid is just a bit cloudy, relatively clear for a Cellarmaker beer. Medium-sized white head, probably would be a bit bigger from the tap rather than a growler. The aroma is all sweet, fruity hops. Mouthwateringly juicy. Big on tropical and sweet floral notes. Mango, pineapple, papaya, melon, white grape juice, tangerine, a little pine, a touch of grass. Honey and fruit. Just makes you want to keep going back for more. The taste is bright and fruity with that same tropical fruit hop flavor. Just a bit of malt sweetness. Finishes dry. Lots of mango, white grape juice, pineapple. A bit more pine and grass. Mouthfeel is light but full. Normal carbonation. It’s actually a bit creamy. This is just a wonderfully made IPA. It’s incredibly easy to drink. Great flavor. Delicious.

Had a mini growler shipped out to me as part of a BIF, extremely generosity right there. Opened this up and shared with some friends last night and really enjoyed it. Had a great hop presence and a really nice bitter after taste. There were some bold hop flavors that scream California IPA.
Smooth drinking, extremely refreshing and you know it's good when people are fighting over the last pour.
