Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours golden amber with a frothy off white head that settles to a light layer and leaves a little spotty lacing.
S: Dank slightly spicy herbal notes, pine, citrus zest, some exotic, tropical, and stone fruit hiding in there, bready malt, and caramel sweetness.
T: Citrus, lemon lime, tangerine, and grapefruit, dank spicy herbal notes, resinous pine, big underlying tropical, exotic, and stone fruit that works it's way forward, gooseberry, blueberry, white grape, pineapple, mango, peach, apricot, guava, passion fruit, and a little melon, floral notes, bready malt, and caramel sweetness.
M: A bit on the fuller side of medium body, moderate carbonation, slightly sticky.
O: Been wanting to trying this one for a while, so I'm really happy to finally get my hands on it. True to its name, the dankness shows up, especially in the nose, but there's so many other things going on, all working together to make a wonderfully complex DIPA.

West coast dipa with dank notes.
Pours with a warming glow. Dank and piney nose. Bitter drying finish
Caramel tinged malt backing gives it some heft.

Medium light orange/gold look. Moderate, spiced malt, grapefruit peel aroma, with a little heavy, off-dry, medium toasted malt note. Moderate, easy grapefruit peel flavor, with a noticeable medium toasted, caramelized malt characteristic.

Man I love this beer. Thanks to Heather for grabbing tons of it for me.
Pours yellow. Great clarity. 3/4" white head. Poured into a Dank Williams glass of course. Aromatic AF, CTZ, Nelson and Mosaic pops hardest giving that crisp weed aspect, but seemingly juxtaposed is that dank equator fruits from Mosaic. But wait, there's more dank from Nelson giving it that grimy aspect as well. Dang.
Taste really changes things up from the nose. Classic C hop bangers Chinook and Centennial drape this in a pine sol like bitterness firmly entrenching this as a west coast ipa with its classic look and back end dryness meets pine bitterness. Its not as if the aroma hops are all out of the equation, there is a nice supporting role for them in the taste and mouthfeel, same notes, but riding a nice breaker wave of C hop bitterness. Really dig how cool the mouthfeel of this one is, so dry and clean and danky/musty at the same time. Best of Both Worlds as Van Halen used to sing.
Love the design. Props this came out of SF, cultural shock me bro.

That's nice, unfiltered light copper body, big grapefruit and light grape must, medium caramel, a good dose of leafy and herbal hops, a good bit of pine also. Slight spicy tropical fruit. Backend is a bit empty though. Medium bodied, solid carbonation.

L - unassuming clarity, definitely old school count--- er, I mean west coast IPA time. Golden straw, good head, decent lacing all the way down the pint glass.
S - Huge hop floral explosion; pine, pinefields, resinous, sticky smells. Who put PtE in my glass? Seriously. Wow.
T - Fantastic palate impact and a full flesh of oniony resin, pine, bitter flowers - fab stuff here folks. It's Pliny with more floral essence on both aroma and palate. Not kidding.
F - great carbonation, lively on the tongue, no ABV burn, but full royal flush of hops in the mouth. Love it.
O - Another banger from Cellarmaker. Well done, well dank!

Hugely aromatic. The mouthfeel is very sharp with plenty of prickly carbonation. First you are bludgeoned by fruit, then rasped with the acidity. And the fume of hops fills your nose the whole time. Aroma of peach and resins.
Flavors of grapefruit peel, burnt mango, and a hint of peach. Very hot. Tastes like liqueur made with unripe papaya and jalapenos. This is a strong, highly hopped brew with a tongue-scarring astringency. Might be a good mixer with a Blonde or light Lager. From the 16 oz can shipped from City Beer. Dated 10/26/20 on the bottom.

Canned 10/22/18.
L: Pours straw yellow in color. Unfiltered in appearance but not quite NEIPA hazy. Not much of a head but leaves traces of lacing on the glass. Visually its a good looking beer.
S: Dank AF. The dank/earthy aromas are the first thing that I smell when I opened the beer. Other than the dank resin, notes of grapefruit and lemon are also present.
T: Dank initially, and dank on the finish. Lemon and grass initially, with mango, apricot and resinous dankness that lingers in the aftertaste. Fantastic.
F: Medium in body and weight. Carbonation is moderate.
O: This is a delicious beer. I don't taste the 8.2 abv, and I am enjoying it. It's a refreshing to try something like this after having so many "hazy's." I would drink again and am glad to have tried. Cheers!

SO MUCH dank greatness on the nose! Scary easy drinking for the ABV. I'll be after this one again, love it for my palate and preferences!
