"Super Cascade" is a single hop Pale Ale using 100% Centennial hops. For years Centennial was referred to as a "Super Cascade," which we think was just a hop broker marketing ploy because Centennial is definitely it's own beautiful hop. We chose our favorite lot of Centennial for this beer. It's intensely piney, lemony and has an earthy dankness to it. It's super yummy and super classic, but with a Cellarmaker intensity.

Served in a half-pint glass at Ale Arsenal.
Perfectly clear, good lacing. Very pale.
Strongly hoppy. Strongly delicious. Just a splash of fruit and hops to the face.
Incredible. This is an amazing beer that highlights the beauty of good Centennial. Full-bodied, lightly sweet, heavily fruity (orange). Earthy-bitter aftertaste.
Highly recommended. Cellarmaker continues to crank out topnotch pale ales.
