Poured from bomber into pint glass
Appearance – The beer was poured a medium golden color with a big thick just lightly off white head. The head had decent retention, eventually fading to give a moderate level of lacing.
Smell – The aroma is heaviest of malt. It has a bready and biscuity smell. Mixed with these malts is also some floral, grassy and light citrus hop aromas.
Taste – The taste begins with a dry malt flavor. Towards the middle there is some citrus that comes to the tongue. Any sweetness that was present in the start (which was quite light) is now largely gone. At the end there is a floral and grassy hop flavor which combined with the malt base to leave a slightly bitter and dry flavor to be left on the tongue.
Mouthfeel –The beers body is rather average as well as its carbonation level.
Overall – It had a decent flavor and aroma, but was nothing too special. It was rather simple and lacked much complexity. Good for a easier drinking brew, but nothing to really go out of your way for.

A - Poured from a BBC bomber into a tulip glass. The beer is a beautiful hazy golden color. Nice light penetration. Nice carbonation. Good looking beer!
S - A little less here, sweet malts and a hint of grassy noble hops.
T - This one is pretty high on the sweeter maltiness and low on the grassy hop character that I associate with this style.
M - Medium-bodied, but nothing really interesting about it.
O - Not really impressed with this beer. After reading some of the other reviews I feel like I wasn't even drinking the same thing.

Best by 10/23/14. I assume probably brewed around April so less than two months old.
A: Pours a not-quite-clear golden amber. Good sized and very fizzy light tan head. Almost soda like for a moment. Head fades pretty fast as you can probably guess. Zero lacing at all but halfway decent retention.
S: Huh, nice. Lightly grassy with a nice sweet citrus aroma to boot. There is a nice sweet...melon in there too? It halfway reminds me of Midori (melon liquor). I really like it.
T: Again, grassy with melons and a crisp, tart lemon. Typical pilsner malt with a dry crackery flavor that's got an edge of sulfur. Nice sweet melony flavors balance the crisp pilsner character. Especially in the finish, that sharp bitter sulfur really hits with bitter orange peel and grass. Very dry finish.
M: Light/medium bodied, crisp and balanced.
O: Exceptionally tasty and balance pilsner. It has a nice sweet grainy and melony character that balances out the dry, bitter and crisp pilsner character that you normally expect. Drinkability is EXCEPTIONAL as a result. This may be the best czech pilsner I've ever had. Nearly perfect.

Served in a pilsner glass at Estelle's.
Appearance: A one finger head was poured that reduced to a thin layer. It is a clear pale yellow with great clarity and vision of bubbles cowing up through the glass. Spotty lacing on the glass as the beer was drank.
Smell: Pilsner malts, a little sweetness, and some grassy and herbal hops.
Taste: Same as above with some mild bitterness.
Mouthfeel: Smooth, crisp, refreshing, light bodied, and medium carbonation.
Overall: Above average pilsner. Could be a bit more dry and less sweetness.
Serving type: on-tap
