Pours a straw gold with a quickly dissapating white head. Used the syringe trick to get a longer lasting wet foam head. Aroma of bread and a little bit of pepper. Taste of bread, slight honey, slight sweetness, limited bitterness. For me, this is lacking nuance and depth of flavor--a decent take on the style.

L: light gold with a one finger off-white head. Considerable lacing for a Pilsner.
S: sweet sugar and bread malt. Honey.
T: A lot of bread. Honey, sweet malt, light toast. Faint hops which have an even fainter lemon note. Not a hoppy pilsner.
F: smooth and medium bodied throughout, no dryness or hop bite at the end. Light-medium amount of felt carbonation.
O: better than I expected but a little lacking in hops, not that it’s an issue to me because I much prefer the amount of bread notes with pilsners.

slightly hazy light golden color. Aromas of sweet bready malt and plenty of diacytyl. Not nearly dry enough or hoppy enough to be a Czech pilsner.
