A - Poured 22oz bomber into a pilsner glass. Golden with slight haze.

S - light biscuit, grass

T - Malt up front, balanced in the middle some hops, residual sweetness with staying power

M - Typical carbonation for the style, light body but thick enough to let you know you're actually drinking a beer.

O - Excellent pilsner - or course since so many of us have BMC to thank for our intro to pilsner style beers, this beer benefits from the poor comparison. Regardless, I'm a big fan of all Berkshire products and I would definitely try this one again especially during the warm summer months.

Poured a crystal clear, medium golden yellow into a Pilsner glass.
Nice white head with some lacing.
Floral with a hint of bready sweetness.
Nice, clean with a hint of bitterness. Nice clean finish.
Overall, an excellent Pilsner, especially good on a hot day after a bike ride.

A- Slightly hazy golden yellow. About one finger of white head.

S- Bready notes, floral and grassy aromas.

T- Bready malts, light citrus/lemon notes, floral notes, fresh grassy flavors, corn, slight bitterness on the end.

M- Mild carbonation, light, refreshing.

O- overall a solid offering from BBC. On a hot summer day it would be excellent. Very refreshing.

Served on-tap at Bukowski Tavern in Boston, MA

A: Pours a crystal clear pale to medium golden yellow in color with moderate amounts of visible carbonation and some lemon yellow highlights. The beer has a finger tall dense foamy white head that slowly reduces to a very thin film covering the entire surface of the beer with a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Moderate amounts of lacing are observed.

S: Light to moderate aromas of bready malts with light aromas of grassy, floral, and slightly spicy hops. Light to moderate amounts of bitterness which linger slightly.

T: Light to moderate flavors of bready malts with lighter flavors of grassy, floral, and spicy hops.

M: Light bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Crisp.

O: This is a very enjoyable, very easy to drink, refreshing beer which is great for the spring/summer. Almost sessionable (just a touch too high an ABV to be really sessionable for me). Definitely would get this one again.
