A: Poured into a tulip glass to a reddish orange beer which is topped by a dense and slightly rocky two fingers of off white head which fades slowly to a collar around the edge of the glass with minimal lacing
S: Smells of a ton of strawberries with a hint of sourness and oak
T: Taste is strawberries on top of strawberries with some building sourness and oak along with a touch of leather. On the finish there's more strawberries, pleasant tartness, hints of funk and oak
M: This beer has a body which is on the lighter side of medium. Carbonation is pleasant and effervescent while the beer has a drying finish due to the acidity.
O: Overall beer is awesome despite being a 2017 vintage. The fruit notes are outstanding while the rest of the beer adds some nice complementary notes. Well worth trying if you can find it.

Brown in color with a fingernail of beige around the rim and covering a third of the top. The aroma is of strawberry and oak. I’m tasting strawberry, kiwi, lightly tart ale, and woodsy oak. The mouth is dry and highly carbonated.

2020 Vintage; 7.2% ABV
Appearance: Cloudy amber color with slight reddish undertones. The beer has a a generous sized light beige head that slowly faded with nice lacing.
Smell: Upfront barnyard funk and mild hay/grassy notes.
Taste: Tart strawberry notes, moderate grassy/hay notes, and mild citrus notes. I also got a hint of leather in the taste profile. The beer has a moderately dry finish ending on some tart berry and citrus notes.
Mouth-feel: On the light side of medium-bodied with a fairly generous level of carbonation. The beer has a refreshing sparkling mouthfeel.
Overall: Another good Rare Barrel wild ale. The strawberries have a nice presence and there are enough other elements in the taste profile to produce a nice beer.
